UK/EU customers are charged importation fees when purchasing internationally. These fees are charged by your government and they will not release your order until these fees are paid directly to them. We are not responsible for these charges and no discount or refund will be available should you fail to pay these fees.

All International shipping is quoted in Australian dollars and sent via Sendle or DHL eCommerce services. This service allows you to track your parcel from dispatch through to arrival in your country where it is then transferred to your local delivery service (example: USPS for USA, Royal Mail for UK) for domestic delivery. International shipments are sent out twice a week which allows us to keep costs lower than what they would usually be.

We are currently unable to ship beds internationally via our website. However, if you are interested in buying a bed from us, please contact us directly and we will provide you with further information on how to get your hands (paws) on them!

We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
International orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers -- you must provide a business or residential address.
Shipping times
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed.
Delivery time is approximately 1-2 days within Melbourne and 3-7 days within the rest of Australia depending on your location.
Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the country. Please use your tracking number as a reference to check the status of your delivery.
